As part of the Agent Success Coaching Program, coaching services are provided to you immediately and your coaching fees will be paid through deductions from your commissions on your first five residential sale transactions. Your broker acts as the payment agent, managing the payment process and ensuring the Agent Success Coach is paid directly from your commission at your first 5 residential closings. We are so confident in your success with the program that we expect you to complete these five transactions within 8-12 weeks of starting the program.
